🌱 Rebirth & Renewal: Reflecting on Ostara
What an incredible evening of community and connection! This past Saturday, March 21, the Earth Centered Spirituality group at the First Unitarian Church of Dallas gathered to celebrate the Spring Equinox.
As the wheel of the year turned to Ostara, we honored the balance of light and dark, planting seeds of intention for the season ahead. From the vibrant ritual to the shared laughter, the energy in the room was a beautiful reminder of the growth that happens when we nurture our spirits together.
We celebrated the Spring Equinox, a time of balance and renewal when day and night stand equal, and the earth awakens with vibrant life.
As the warmth returned and new life emerged, we nurtured the strength and vitality of our community, and honored the ways we can support each other’s growth. Each voice, each presence, each offering added to the richness of what we are becoming side by side.
These events are open to individuals of all backgrounds and beliefs who wish to gather in reverence for nature and community. All ages are welcome—bring the whole family!
We enjoyed:
💚 A seasonal craft
🍽️ A potluck meal
🌈 A community ritual of movement, music, and seed planting, as well as a short play telling the story of Ostara and the Hare.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us to welcome the greening of the earth. May your spring be filled with blooming joy and fresh beginnings! 🌸✨
