Coffee, Connections, and Community: A Morning at Vector Brewing

It was a crisp Tuesday morning in Lake Highlands, but things were warming up quickly inside Vector Brewing for the final Greater East Dallas Chamber Of Commerce Rise & Shine Networking Breakfast of 2025.
A special shout out to Vector Brewing owner Craig Bradley for being a welcoming and gracious host. If you’ve only ever visited Vector for their craft beers or stone-deck pizzas, you might have missed one of the neighborhood’s best-kept secrets: their morning coffee service. Today, the taproom transformed into a buzzing hub of local business owners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders, all fueled by fresh brews and great conversation.
A Strong Turnout to End the Year
We had a fantastic group of early birds join us this morning! The “Rise & Shine” series has been averaging about 35 attendees throughout 2025, and it was wonderful to see both familiar faces and several new members connecting over cups of Noble Coyote coffee.
The energy in the room was exactly what we love about East Dallas—relaxed, welcoming, and genuinely collaborative. There were no high-pressure sales pitches, just neighbors getting to know neighbors. We saw business cards flying, elevator pitches being polished, and real relationships being built before the workday even properly started.
Thank You to Our Hosts
A huge thank you to Vector Brewing (9850 Walnut Hill Ln) for hosting us. Their “Vector AM” menu—featuring everything from breakfast pizzas to matcha lattes—provided the perfect backdrop for our gathering. It’s vital to support our local venues that wear multiple hats for the community!
And of course, thank you to our volunteer hosts, Jesse S. and the Live Local Committee, for facilitating the morning and ensuring everyone felt welcome.
